Apprenticeships are available for anyone over 16 years of age. They offer you the opportunity to earn a wage and work full time in your chosen trade area. We have exciting opportunities for enthusiastic people to join our Facilities Services team in London where you can learn from the industry’s best, maintaining prestigious office buildings across the capital. No two buildings or contracts are ever the same.

As an apprentice based on site you will:

  • Train at one of the top performing colleges or training providers
  • Learn about and implement our award winning approach to working safely
  • Working indoors, outdoors and at height
  • Be prepared for early starts
  • Develop great working relationships with some of the industry’s most talented people
  • Have a strong support network giving you the chance to build your confidence and use your initiative
You will learn to:
  • Follow a schedule to test and maintain all Electrical systems correcting any faults you may find
  • Read and understand engineering drawings
  • Use the Building Management System to control and monitor the electrical, heating and ventilation systems
  • Use small hand tools such as hammers, saws, screwdrivers etc.
  • Implement essential safety procedures before working on systems
  • Assist with electrical maintenance and some install
  • Work with other trades and gain experience from their knowledge
  • Develop strong customer service and client relationship building skills

You will attend college to complete the Level 3 Electrical Advanced Apprenticeship.

In addition, you will regularly attend in house training and development as part of the programme.

Grade C/4 or above in GCSE (or equivalent) English Language, Maths and a science based subject, plus 2 other subjects at grade C/4 or above.
