As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner you will provide clinical leadership for the mental health team; made up of a variety of registered and non-registered professionals including; mental health, and substance misuse practitioners. You will act as a role model ensuring professional appearance and maintaining professional standards at all times. Supporting senior clinicians on site you will be part of the daily leadership team, providing clinical input for all patients. As a clinical expert in your field, you will work with the team to ensure; patient safety, the management of complex cases and ensure the most up to date treatment methodology is applied to patient care.

You’ll receive an annual salary up to £62,000 per annum - depending on experience. We offer a whole host of additional benefits such as: cycle to work scheme, free DBS check, free uniform, an extensive training and development structure for all employees along with an employee recognition scheme.
