Opportunity for an ACP to join our ever-expanding team of clinicians!
- Contract – Permanent
- Hours – Full-Time, Part Time
- Location – Same Day Health Centre, South Parade, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN1 2DJ
- Salary – £24.82 to £27.65 an hour Depending on experience | On appointment, this role will attract a Golden hello which is a payment of £2500 *dependent on contracted hours*. This is paid in installments; the first half is paid after the first 3 months of employment, and the second half is paid after 6 months.
Main duties of the role
The post holder will assess diagnosis, plan and implement programmes of evidenced-based care for the client group, undertaking re-evaluation and implementation of treatment plans as appropriate. In addition, you will ensure interventions are undertaken in line with best practice guidance and use advanced skills appropriate to the role, ensuring clinical competencies are maintained in accordance with framework for advanced clinical practice.
