As a progressive student-centred College, we are now looking for a Adult Skills Tutor.

Details of the role
The successful candidate will have responsibility for teaching and promoting skills needed by autonomous students to progress into employment and/or Higher Education as well as facilitating the students' personal and academic growth and progression to ensure they are work ready and encourage development through volunteering, citizenship and participation in the Student Voice. You will also undertake the role of safeguarding officer and dealing with issues on a daily basis as they arise.
You should be passionate about developing your students employability skills. All of this will be underpinned by progress monitoring to ensure that all students achieve successful outcomes.
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications and work experience, ideally current, in the subject area. You will be an enthusiastic team member who is flexible and willing to work under pressure.
Cover required at both Medway and Maidstone campuses, with the opportunity of full time hours.
