Job description

Acorn is currently recruiting for Articulated / Rigid Rear Tipping Dumper Drivers for ongoing - permanent positions in Port Talbot Steelworks.

  • £33,000 - £35,000 per annum
  • Plenty of overtime opportunities paid at premium rates
  • 30 days' paid holiday & pension contributions
  • 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime available on Saturdays

Experience and qualifications:

  • CPCS or NPORS (for example)
  • Operating Articulated Rear Tipping Dump trucks in a quarry, Steelworks or similar environment

Must haves:

  • A flexible approach to working hours as there may be a number of shift patterns
  • A CCNSG Site Safety Passport is required to work on site, and all applicants must have a valid Driver's Licence
  • Successful applicants will be subject to a pre-employment medical examination and substance abuse test
