Dwight School is seeking new Admissions Associates to present its Dwight Global online school offer to partnership markets and families within the UK and Europe.
Dwight Global, the online school within the worldwide Dwight family of international, independent schools, is seeking dynamic, ambitious and flexible Admissions representatives to support with the marketing and promotion of its world-class online schooling, which offers IB programmes to learners around the world.
The role is available on a fully remote basis, or on a hybrid basis from our North London campus if preferred.
Some travel across Europe is required for this role, along with occasional travel to the US.
This is a role that will suit someone with a can-do attitude, and a love for building new partnerships through business development and outreach activity. Previous experience with marketing, business development, outreach and partnership building is an advantage, as is an understanding of the international education market. Successful candidates will enjoy networking, building international relationships and can thrive in an events environment.

Job Description:
The purpose of this job description is to identify generic and specific individual responsibilities in order for the team member to participate at Dwight School London in a full and effective way.
This job description takes into account the contract agreed between Dwight School London and the post holder. It relates to the professional and representative role that the job holder has within Dwight School London.
It will be reviewed at the beginning of each academic year or sooner if necessary.
The job description will be referred to by the job holder and the team leader during the Performance Management process.
2. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Tournament Representation
- Prepare and execute a schedule of tennis tournaments to attend in person, keeping in mind the importance of tournament, expenses of travel and hotel
- Maintain Dwight Global marketing materials and merchandise
- Connect with the tournament director and arrange to set up a booth, bring marketing materials, etc.
- While at the tournament, represent Dwight Global to prospective families; aim to connect authentically with as many families as possible
- Collect “leads” of students/families, coaches, and academies; after the tournament, follow up by email
- Embody and champion passion for online education for tennis players
- Tout benefits of Dwight Global for tennis players, including perks like the new traveling tennis team
- Promptly submit travel expense logs
Partnerships
- Identify sports academies in the U.K. and Europe
- Develop a plan for marketing to academies
- Reach out to prospective partners via cold calls and email campaigns
- Solidify partnerships with key tennis academies
- Maintain relationships with existing Dwight Global partners in Europe
- Research new avenues and outlets for partnerships
- Reach out to prospective partners via cold calls and email campaigns
- Solidify partnerships with key ballet and tennis academies
- Maintain relationships with DG partners
- Build relationships with educational consultants
- Build email list
Admissions and Recruitment
- Reach out to leads
- Respond to admissions inquiries promptly (ideally within a few hours; never more than 24 hours)
- Schedule interviews, admission consultations, virtual open houses
- Upload applicant documents to Ravenna
- Processing of all applications via Ravenna
- Respond to prospective applicant inquiries
- Conduct daily interviews with prospective students
- Conduct daily admission consultations with prospective students and their parents
- Answer and return any calls that come to the Dwight Global phone line
- Uphold admissions process and procedures, such as sending internal assessments to applicants who did not take ISEE/SSAT
- Support the Director of Admissions, as needed
Dwight Global Events
- Schedule, host, coordinate, and oversee virtual open houses during the European time zones
- Collaborate with Director of Admissions to maintain fidelity to messaging and branding
- Host and participate in occasional recruiting events at Dwight School London
Other
- Attend regular Zoom meetings with Dwight Global team
- Liaise with Dwight School London marketing and admissions teams as required
3. WHOLE SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES
- All staff at Dwight School London share responsibility for the welfare and safeguarding of students, which requires all staff members to complete regular training in safeguarding and to stay up to date
- Represent the school’s values within the day-to-day nature of your role
- To attend and contribute to department and staff meetings as required
- Any other duties as reasonably directed by the Head of School

Salary: £37,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
