About the role
There are 3 opportunities available to join the Admissions and Applicant Services team at Staffordshire University.
The Admissions & Applicant Services Advisors deliver a pro-active, highly responsive, and personal admissions and applicant service. As the first point of contact on an applicants journey, these roles provide high quality information, advice and guidance to prospective applicants, process applications and offers for a range of courses and maximise opportunities to increase conversion.
Main Responsibilities
The main responsibilities for our Admissions & Applicant Services Advisor will be to:
- Provide a high quality and personal customer centred service across the admissions and applicant services function ensuring that prospective applicant enquiries, applications and offers are processed within ambitious service targets.
- Manage inbound communications from prospective students across a range of platforms ensuring all information provided is up to date, accurate and maximises conversion potential.
- Undertake outbound contact activity across a range of platforms and deliver events in line with the university’s conversion strategy.
- To review applications and make offers within agreed parameters for a range of university courses. Ensure applications are processed in line with all relevant policies and procedures, internally and externally, and ensure that decisions are entered with 100% accuracy.
