About the Position:
If you’ve a great attention-to-detail, on-point keyboard-skills and thrive in a back-office, administrative environment then this could be your perfect role.
Here at QAHE, we’re looking for a fabulous Admissions Administrator to work with our International Admissions Team. There are actually two roles; one starting now and one starting at the beginning of August.
You’ll be supporting the application and admissions process, ensuring all applications have been added to our CRM system in a timely fashion. This is a fast paced and volume lead role requiring attention to detail and a high level of concentration to ensure our student journey is an efficient and welcoming process.
The main aspects of this exciting role are:
To manage all new applications, ensuring that they meet the needs our internal stakeholders to be added on different CRM system.- To ensure all details entered into the different CRM systems are accurate.
- To create and send different offer letters as indicated by the Admissions officers.
- To process deferrals for applicants wishing to change intakes.
- To make sure applications are dealt with in accordance with the strict admissions policy
- To work closely with the Admissions officers and recruitment teams, monitor responses ensuring applicants’ responses to decisions are accurately recorded and actioned
- To manage a high workload, especially during peak times
- To deal with a high number of emails providing excellent customer service
- Ad hoc tasks as determined by the International Team Leader Administrator.

About You:
This role would be a great fit if you’ve the ability to work in an environment where change is a constant feature, and are happy to perform repetitive tasks.
We’d love you to be able to tick the following boxes, too:
Ability to deal with high volume of data in a secure and accurate way- Driven and motivated by a target-based culture
- Self-Starter, quick to take the initiative and spot new opportunities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer focus, committed to ensuring delivery of excellent service standards
- Ability to operate at all levels of the organisation acting as an ambassador for the University internally and externally.
- GCSE in English and Maths
Ideally, we’d also like you to have a proven track record of successfully operating in an administrative role and experience of working in a customer-focused environment, but this could be an ideal first-job for someone with the tenacity and attributes required.
