Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to support our growing business; a well-established government funded training provider. You will have a variety of customer service and administrative tasks including enrolling learners onto programmes, registering learners and updating data accurately onto different systems, monitoring on-programme paperwork such as progress reviews or health and safety forms, completing, and organising auditable documents, co-ordinating training timetables across all courses, booking learners onto courses and co-ordinating short courses. You will liaise with learners and employers by phone and email. You will need to be able to take responsibility for your own work, be able to multi-task, be able to take on new and different tasks, be willing to develop your understanding of funding rules and be an effective team member.
This is a full-time position, based at home, working Monday – Friday between 9am – 5.30pm with an hour unpaid lunch.

Role
- Complete enrolment and other auditable paperwork
- Monitor and complete auditable on-programme paperwork
- Maintain internal filing system
- Update data accurately using multiple online systems
- Co-ordinate training sessions across all courses
- Co-ordinate various short courses
- Answer email and telephone queries
- Support customer-facing staff with ad hoc queries and paperwork where required
- Support with any other administrative tasks as requested
Requirements

- Able to deliver excellent customer service via email and phone
· Good IT skills and experience in using online systems including data management software and Microsoft Packages
Desirable
· Experience in using data management systems and e-portfolio systems
· Experience with the ILR
· Experience working in a government funded training provider in any capacity
· Understanding of apprenticeship funding and regulation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
