This role will provide an effective administration support service to the SENCo and the SEN Department in order to ensure that they are able to function efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities
To provide a full range of administrative support to the SENCo and the wider department, to include word processing, email correspondence and scanning key documents to our SRS system.
This will inc. Maintaining computerised systems for student data, logging relevant SEN data etc. Maintaining specific SEN pupil files, ensuring all information is up to date and readily accessible for the department.
You will attend meetings and take minutes as requested, to produce, edit and distribute minutes as requested.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £12.02-£12.70 per hour

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
