Administrator- Sales and Production
We are excited to be advertising for a all round administrator to join our family run promotional and workwear wear company which is based in Colwick , Nottingham .
We are looking for a experienced administrator to work in our expanding admin office to assist, sales and production admin and all other general office duties. Ideally suited to someone who enjoys the challenge of working at a fast pace with constantly changing priorities. The suitable candidate must be able to multi task , have a calm , 'can do attitude', excellent communication and customer service skills with a confident phone manner.
Essential
- Be computer literate and proficient in all Microsoft Office software packages
- Numerate and accurate with a good level of spoken and written English
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- Be Adaptable and able to multi task
- Have excellent communications skills both written and verbal
You must :
Be able to communicate well at all levels
- Be self motivated and organised
- have a good attention to detail
- have a cheerful , positive and enthusiastic approach to tasks
- Able to work on own initiative , whilst working well within the team
The role involves:
Processing paperwork relating to all aspects of the business
- Ordering and receipting of goods - stationary , consumables , stock
- Reception and telephone duties and general office admin
- Preparing production documents
- Raising sales orders
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
