Role Overview
Our Reading Health and Dental Clinic has a full-time opportunity for an Administrator/Receptionist to support the team. No day is the same in this fast-paced, busy and varied role. As well as the background administrative tasks you will meet and greet our customers, making them feel at ease and comfortable. You will thrive on delivering exceptional customer service, even under challenging circumstances.
What you’ll do:
- Develop an understanding of the different service lines we offer and work across them on a day to day basis.
- Manage administrative tasks accurately and support your team during busy times.
- Manage clinician diaries including booking and rescheduling of appointments.
- Complete clinic preparation for customer appointments, assisting with chasing results and producing post appointment correspondence.
- Assist with any customers queries face to face, on the telephone or email.
- Complete housekeeping duties for the reception area.
- Liaise closely with clinical colleagues to ensure that client reports, referrals and correspondence are issued within the required timeframes.
- Contribute towards meeting centre financial and NPS KPIs process improvement
What you’ll bring:
- Exceptional customer service, communication and administration skills.
- Ability to deliver top quality, accurate administration at speed.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Have experience working in a front facing and/or administrative role.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Collaborates in a team environment.
- Organised, flexible and proactive.
