JOB ROLE: Supported Living Administrator
LOCATION:Northampton
HOURS: 40 hours per week
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Adults Supported Living team in our Northampton office. You will be supporting our supported living teams with a high standard administrative assistance and outstanding customer service.
Accomplish provide support to individuals with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health Needs, Autism and Acquired Brain Injuries within homes and communities across the UK. Our person-centred approach enables individuals to live within their own home, increasing their independence, decision making, and ability to actively participate in their community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a high standard of administrative assistance and support
- Support with the administration for the recruitment and new starter process
- Manage e-mail, telephone and post; screen and re-direct as required, using own initiative to alert important issues as they arise
- Communicate instructions or requests to various individuals and / or departments, obtaining information as required
- Support the registered care managers / service managers in all aspects of the running of their service
- Prioritise the workload to ensure that key duties are completed in order to support the work of the service
- Inputting and running reports of hours delivered by the service
Requirements:
- Willing to travel to other offices when required
- Excellent understanding of all Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Office)
- Outstanding Customer Service
- Must be able to analyse and manipulate large data sources and produce reports as required.
- Previous administration experience within a care setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate at a senior level appropriately and constructively
- High level of confidentiality and initiative required; discretion is essential
- Able to assess and prioritise workload, often within tight deadlines and under pressure
- Flexible attitude which demonstrates both a commitment to team working and working on own initiative, when required
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
