We are currently recruiting for several Administrator's to join our new NHS@Home service. You will work alongside our admin and clinical team to support in the delivery of care to patients in the comfort of their homes. We virtually follow patients and offer them clinical monitoring equipment, to self-monitor at home. We can then support them to access healthcare earlier when needed. Our administrators support people by offering tem the service and helping them to access the digital monitoring system; it is a varied and interesting role.
The service runs 8am-8pm seven days a week including bank holidays. We offer a variety of shift patterns between those hours over seven days and full and part time roles are available. Weekend working is allocated on a rota basis, normally 1 weekend per month. Our hub is based at John Milton Clinic in Henbury, with free parking nearby. The roles are either hybrid or fully office based only (no option to work from solely work from home).
Key Resposibilities include:
- Administration of the referral management processes into the services
- Administration for the pathways from assessment to discharge for the services
- Uploading documents to EMIS.
- Inputting into clinical systems e.g. EMIS
- Managing diaries and appointment systems
- Advising service users on the services offered, supporting patient choice through information and basic motivational interviewing skills
- Dealing with telephone enquiries from Service Users, carers and staff from other agencies who may be distressed or have communication difficulties
