Job description

We are currently looking for a Credit Administrator to join our Credit Services team, this is a hybrid role where you will work from home and also in our Head office in Northampton. If you are computer literate ,organised and are a team player then we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do

As the Credit Administrator you will help the team with queries by resolving and sending information to customers. You will also produce work around invoices for customers from reports run by IT. As the Credit Administrator you will be asked to do various reporting for both National & Managed Services accounts and the Head of Credit.

Some accountabilities of the role

Produce work around invoices from reports.
Reporting for the team and the Head of Credit.
Query management for the team.
Payment allocation.
Management of a small ledger to help with development and progression.
Support the Head of Credit when needed.

Is this you?

It will come naturally to you to be organised and show great attention to detail, it would also be great if you have good knowledge of excel, work and are good with numbers.

You will also have the opportunity to train towards CICM or start an apprenticeship to help with your learning and development.
