We are currently recruiting an Administrator to be a part of our integral team in Catterick, Garrison DL9 4AD

For this role you must have strong IT skills such as MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel - Skills tests are part of the interview and selection process

What you'll be doing*
*
- You will be responsible for the distribution of all reports, correspondence, documents and the production of statistical returns using a standard MODNET PC.
- Type in the format shown in JSP 101 and PM(Army) Instructions.
- Work in strict order from the bottom of his/her ‘IN’ tray unless otherwise directed on priority work passed to him/her by the Police Office Manager.
- Check all completed work before distribution to ensure that it is of the required standard.
- Maintain an up-to-date distribution list for all units within 150 Pro Coy Area of Responsibility (AOR).
- Responsible for the preparation and distribution of investigation files allocated for trial at court martial.
- Responsible for the distribution of Fingerprints and DNA to the Service Police Crime Bureau.
- Track and maintain a record of all Results Of Proceedings (ROPs) before distribution to SPCB
Experience*

- Compliance and Key requirements:
- Knowledge of all applicable systems and processes
- Knowledge of company timelines and deadlines
- Knowledge of customer and client documentation, competition and deadlines

Must possess NVQ level 2, ECDL or equivalent.
- Previous experience of working in a similar environment is desirable
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
