A friendly local training company is recruiting for an administrator to join their small but busy team based in Hemel Hempstead!
You would be providing administrative support to the team and the students who engage in the organisation’s services.
They are looking for someone to join them as soon as possible and are therefore recruiting for this role on a temporary or temp to perm basis.
What’s in it for you?
Salary: £13.50-14.50p/h + holiday pay
Hours: 35hrs- 9.30-5pm for temporary role (potentially longer hours in perm position)

Key Responsibilities:
Responding to incoming enquiries via phone, online sales system and live chat- this would involve answering questions about the courses offered and arranging appointments with course advisors
Liaising with current students; providing them with course documentation and details, access to the learning platform, answering queries and managing any first line issues
Course administration – creating webcast link, organising printed materials, managing student feedback and correlating feedback for analysis
Contacting Tutors & Teachers regarding college events and supporting them administratively
Learning how to make updates to the website and internal membership hub
Supporting marketing by creating email automations, following up marketing campaigns and supporting the creation of marketing material
Supporting the directors with ad hoc work such as proof reading, editing, copywriting,
General office duties to include filing, scanning, photocopying, archiving
What the employer is looking for:
Excellent skills in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
CRM experience – Zoho CRM or similar is desirable
Acute attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills
Good to excellent communications skills, written and spoken
Excellent customer service skills, in person, on the phone and via email
Ability to problem solve
WordPress or the ability to learn website skills
Desktop publishing/social media design skills would be an asset
Background or interest in psychology may be beneficial
