PLAN ADMINISTRATOR - Healthcare Insurance
SALARY UP TO 25,000
LOCATION: Birmingham / Hybrid
NJR Recruitment are working in Partnership with a Global Insurer who are currently recruiting a 'Plan Administrator' to join their Birmingham Team. This part of the business is responsible for advising Corporate Clients on all aspects of the Insured Benefits relating to Healthcare.

Operating in 135 countries, their team of specialists design benefits solutions that meet the needs of businesses and their people, drawing from global intelligence and adapting that wealth of experience to local markets. This is a really exciting opportunity, and a very busy and fast paced team. Working as part of the Healthcare Administration team, the successful candidate will work in a busy office environment and will build and maintain administration of a portfolio of clients, supporting Consulting teams and communicating with Clients and Insurers.
Daily duties will consist of;
" Deliver superior analytical and consulting support to consulting teams and clients in a timely manner in line with target operating model
" Deal with client and member queries (verbal and written)
" Provide technical support to clients and colleagues
" Accurately and timely complete and maintain systems to achieve set targets whilst adhering to processes
" Take ownership of delivery of tasks, proactively manage own workload and manage client relationships to support retention & growth
" Partner with internal/external stakeholders to achieve best service for client
" Ensure quality of own work through right first time approach
" Develop and maintain appropriate technical and market knowledge
" Attend client meetings as required
To apply for the role candidates should be able to work in a friendly and challenging environment. You will have a strong background in Administration or a customer focused role, along with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. The ability to work on own and as a team player, establishing good rapport with clients and colleagues is also essential, as is excellent time management and planning/organisational skills, and the ability to work to deadlines. Previous experience working in General Insurance, Healthcare/Employee Benefits based experience would be advantageous.
