We are pleased to have a fantastic opportunity available for an Administrator to join our successful FSL team to work full time on a permanent basis, across both our Billericay office and remote working.
In this role, you will be operating cross functionally to ensure that TLs are able to fully optimise resources through efficient scheduling of TL and RA tasks and people and supporting the roll out of FSL as well as maximising profitability through having resource in the right place and the right time by establishing ways or working and support processes.

Work cross functionally to ensure that we are operationally efficient and help to improve processes where
applicable. - Interacting with field-based colleagues to ensure they are working within the parameters of the system, minimising human intervention at every opportunity.
- Act as bridge for scheduling/resourcing queries with field team and system.
- Managing users in the system including adhering to the new start/leavers process.
Required skills and experience;
- Ability to work cross functionally and spot opportunities for process development
- Able to influence and support remotely
- Good understanding of our model and ways of working
- Good technical understanding of systems – competent to learn technical systems and provide advice and guidance

- Experience of working within and supporting volume processing environment
