The Demand Planning Administrator role has been newly created to support the team in delivering a best in class Sales, Inventory & Operational Planning process.
A day in the life of an Administrator in our team will look like:
- Updating and managing our internal systems, you’ll have a keen eye for detail and LOVE ensuring data is accurate
- Daily creation and distribution of KPI’s to all internal stakeholders
- Creation/maintaining of monthly forecast packs – you’ll understand how to present data to tell a story
- Analysis of customer demand trends versus forecast to help improve KPI’s – you’ll understand what our customers need from us, and how we could deliver this
- Liaise with key stakeholders to establish and identify forecast outliers – you’ll be interacting internally and externally with lots of different people
- Maintain and improve cross departmental relationships in order to achieve goals
- Working closely with Expediters and suppliers to ensure inbound deliveries are managed
This opportunity will be perfect for someone who is looking to build their career in an exciting, fast paced environment. Whilst previous demand planning experience is not a necessity, our new Administrator will be well versed in all things data and analytics.

- Comfortable with all MS Office packages with an intermediate knowledge of excel
