Opportunity at RRG Toyota, Salford – Administrator / Data Entry Clerk

Due to continuous growth and development an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator / Data Entry Clerk to join our small friendly CRM team at RRG Group based at Head Office in Salford.

The main duties of the role include helping to maintain data quality by carrying out regular data cleansing, checking GDPR compliance and ensuring that our data is accurate. In addition to assessing the data to identify and inconsistencies and assisting the CRM team with ad hoc campaigns. You will predominantly be carrying out these duties using our dealer management system, Drive. Although some cross checking of our other systems will be required. Full training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be self-motivated and able to prioritise their workload, have strong organisation and time management skills to ensure that tasks are completed within the timeframe given with good communication skills. Data entry experience is desired but not essential as full training will be given. Must be computer literate.

The role will be Monday to Friday, based at our Head Office in Salford Quays. Working hours are 20 per week, with some flexibility on the shift pattern. The hourly rate is £11.00 (annual salary £11,440)
