About the role: Business School Coordinator
Activate Learning now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator or coordinator to join our Activate Business School team.
The role will predominately work as the first point of contact for all inbound enquires and ensure the delivery plan is updated and maintained to ensure all our clients have an excellent service.
You'll manage the shared inbox and resolve incoming queries, support with our compliance and help us develop efficient practices and procedures. You will also manage the invitation process to our apprenticeship learners.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in expanding their skills in administration and coordination, as well as developing a range of transferrable skills.
Permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week
Salary: £24,000 - £26,500 per annum, depending on skills and experience
Location: Hybrid role with flexibility to based at any of our campuses in Oxfordshire, Berkshire or Surrey and occasional travel to other sites.

What do you need to be a successful Business School Coordinator at Activate Learning?
We are looking for highly organised and detail orientated individuals, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
You will be part of a driven, creative and supportive team that work hard together to deliver impactful change to the organisation.
About you:

  • Experience in an administration, coordination, or related role
  • Team player with the ability to build relationships and excellent communication skills
  • Confident dealing with a variety of stakeholders e.g. learners, employers and colleagues
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise competing deadlines

Experience working in the education sector is desirable, but not essential and this could be a great step into a career into Apprenticeships/Further Education if you have the other skills and experience we're look for!
