What Will Be Your Day to Day Responsibilities?
We are looking for someone that has an interest in IT equipment, and an aptitude to learn and troubleshoot in this area. You will consult with the Digital Support Team, remotely, and effect a solution. No qualifications are required; we just ask that they are enthusiastic and engaged in assisting colleagues, judiciary included, with any problems they experience with IT, and that they feel confident with technical instructions that they may be given by the DST.
- Support staff and Judiciary with new digital products
- Act as a single point of contact for all Court users in both sites in respect of IT issues
- Provide coaching to staff and judiciary in use of digital products when necessary
- Complete the governance checks and courtroom checks as directed, including using and monitoring the DSO dashboard to maintain site IT records
- Act in accordance with HMCTS IT and Security policies
- Carry out general admin tasks, including inputting results and data into the Court's IT systems and to work within the local teams as directed by local management
Please note within this role you will work at two sites, you will work 3 days from the Doncaster site and 2 days from the Barnsley site, so will need to be able to accommodate this.
