We’re looking for an Administrator to join the Score Group team within our Europe division based at our facility in Brighouse.

About the role
The Administrator will be responsible for the completion of any administration related work within their department. All work shall be carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures and work instructions.

- Manage telephone calls and enquiries
- General admin duties i.e. typing, data input, filing, scanning, meeting minutes
- Correspond and communicate professionally with both internal and external clients
- Update and utilise company systems – electronic and paper based
- Processing duties and systems administration
- Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business
- Ensuring all department administration is updated correctly in a timely cost effective manner
- Ensure you are working at maximum capacity to meet priority deadlines
- Prepare for and attend in-house meetings to discuss ongoing / future tasks
- Assist in the controlling of ALL Score / Client folders relating to administration within the materials team
- Adhere to the controls in place regarding to the Company archives
- Responsible for ensuring compliance to Customs issues related to the Company’s business
- Assist in the typing up and creation of final certification and document packages
- Updating of the system and relevant planners / documents
- Assist in the update of small part stores
