Salary: £26,250 per annum plus Veolia benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday
Location: Battlefield Energy Recovery Facility, Shropshire SY1 3TG

What you'll be doing;
- Provide technical administrative support to the Facility Manager by ensuring all administrative tasks are completed swiftly and efficiently
- Assisting in the preparation of external audits
- Ensuring accurate and timely management of purchase orders and any associated tasks / queries that may arise
- Provide administrative support to colleagues and undertake such duties that may be assigned by line management
- Handle queries from managers and employees and escalating as required
What we're looking for;
- Previous experience gained in a similar role working for a large organisation
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Financial experience including invoicing is desirable
- Experience gained using Google software products as well as Workday and INFOR is advantageous
