Administrator
Salary: £25,000 P/A + Veolia Benefits (12 Month fixed term contract - with potential to going permanent)
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday
Location: Ellesmere Port, CH65 4EQ

We are looking for someone to assist the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager in delivering the safe and efficient execution of projects.
The individual will be required to maintain project documentation and reports. They should have a positive attitude with the passion for self development and the development of others. They should be self-motivated and independent with aptitude for developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. General administrative duties will be required throughout the role including HR duties. The recording and tracking of costs throughout the projects will be an essential part of this role. The individual will need to be a strong communicator with the ability to negotiate and work to deadlines.
What will you be doing?
- Arranging site inductions.
- Supplier liaison for the ordering of PPE, plant, equipment and consumables.
- Tracking, recording and raising invoices.
- Raising and receiving purchase orders.
- HR duties.
- Cost tracking.
- Use of Google for creating and maintaining spreadsheets, documents and presentations.
- Creation of documents including spreadsheets and templates as directed by the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager.
- Organising files and record keeping.
- Organising diaries and arranging meetings.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Assisting in the preparation of job packs.
- Time keeping of personnel and payroll.
- General administrative duties including managing agendas, travel arrangements and appointments for management.
- Tracking of stock and supplies for re-ordering.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager orderly and efficiently.
