The Centre for Academic and International Partnerships (CAIP) is pleased to be able to offer an exciting opportunity to join their growing team as a Partnerships Administrator.
Working closely with academic schools and other professional services departments, the CAIP Team is responsible for the development and management of the University’s academic partnership arrangements with several institutions based in the UK and internationally.
About the role
The primary focus of the role will be providing dedicated administration support within the Centre. The post holder will be pro-active in providing an efficient, customer-focused service to staff, students, partner institutions and other external stakeholders. This will include supporting the team with student administration tasks, assisting with budget oversight, organising meetings, overseeing email inboxes, and answering telephone enquiries.
