The difference you will make as an Administrator:
In this role you provide general administration support by undertaking routine clerical activities to support service delivery.
About you
We are looking for someone with experience of providing general administrative support with the ability to use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel at a basic level. For further information about this role please find the attached Job Description.
Accountabilities or “What You Have to Do”
- Deal with the delivery and franking of post, ensuring that it is distributed and collected correctly and that issues are promptly resolved.
- Act as receptionist or telephone first point of contact; providing basic information to visitors or directing calls to other members of the team as required. Monitor team inbox and forward emails to the correct person.
- Undertake document imaging/scanning and photocopying of documents to ensure copies are available in a timely and accurate manner. Fax documents to specified parties as requested.
- Organise, file and store documents in accordance with the approved systems to ensure that records can be located efficiently.
- Prepare routine correspondence to support timely distribution.
- Copy type documents to support with the timely production of materials.
- Collate and check information for completeness and refer issues to appropriate person.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure there is adequate stock available.
- Respond flexibly to any necessary changes in work priorities and undertake other duties when required to support the effective operation of the service.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
- Ensure that all data protection requirements are met in accordance with the Group’s policies, procedures and statutory requirements. Ensure that health and safety requirements are met in accordance with the Group’s policies, procedures and statutory requirements.

Essential
- Experience of providing general administrative support
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel at a basic level

- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, deliver to strict deadlines and manage conflicting priorities Customer focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work at all levels within the business
