At The Exchange we are dedicated to the psychological wellbeing of children, young people and families.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic individual to perform a variety of tasks as part of the administration team for our Organisation in a fast paced environment.
As a member of the Team you will be responsible for booking appointments for all our counselling services throughout the UK. The role can be demanding and calls for the ability to learn, understand and apply a wealth of knowledge about our individual services across the UK.
Duties will include:
Organising Appointments;
Maintaining counsellor's diaries;
Data Entry;
Dealing with telephone and email enquiries;
Maintaining online filing systems;
Requirements
Minimum of 2 year Experience in an administrative role.
Excellent organizational skills
Experience using MS Office software
Experience creating and maintaining spreadsheets
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities
Be able to focus with high attention to detail
Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
Being able to work as part of a team is essential
The ideal candidate would be able to work 30 hours over 5 days. However, open to discussing hours and days.
Salary: From £21, 447 per year pro rata
£22,090 per year after probation pro rata
