As an Administrator at SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, you’ll be contributing to an ever growing established company that’s helping customers reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.
About the Role
- £26,500 - £28,888 + Bonus + Benefits
- Based at Maidenhead
What will I be Doing?
- Working within our contracts and public sector bids team, you will be responsible for supporting bid development and new contracts by taking care of all the administrative tasks and helping the daily operations to run smoothly.
- Scan the market for new business opportunities, sending relevant leads to the department owner for a go/no go decision.
- Maintain the database of tenders and proposals and observe data protection protocols.
- Provide administrative support throughout the bid and/or proposal process, producing checklists, action plans and coordinating the required activities.
- Communicate with the bid team daily via email, phone, video calls and in-person
- Manage the tender mailbox, responding to queries and sharing information
- Uploading completed bids to the tender portal and checking for messages/updates.
What are the Requirements?
- Proven experience as an administrator, coordinator, or similar position
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Able to handle confidential information appropriately.
