I was involved with developing processes that all members of Reablement admin now share including notes/agenda template for team meetings. I participated in meetings relating to the changes within the Reablement service – e.g. formatting Outcome Measures, contributing to process mapping to improve our service and I also had the opportunity to access training including accredited courses such as Aspiring Leadership’
