We are seeking an experienced and responsible individual to fill our position of Administrator. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Microsoft Office and other business applications, will be capable of conducting research for internal management, and will be interested in keeping the office tidy and stocked.
Responsibilities:
- Keep in touch with the staff.
- Manage the office budget.
- Arrange travel arrangements.
- Manage interactions with the board members.
- Review board meeting minutes.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week
Salary: £20,771.00-£21,760.00 per year
