Job Details:
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: Permanent
- Location: Grangemouth
- Hours: 16 hours per week (2-3 days)
- Rate: £10.26 per hour
- Payment: PAYE
- Duties: Support the Admin team with daily admin duties. Such as, timesheets, meeting and greeting clients/visitors, deal with quotation requests and purchase orders, answering general enquiries, schedule meeting, arranging diaries, updating records/database and liaising with suppliers.

- Previous experience in administration, reception work or customer focused role
- Flexible approach to work and open to change
- Confident and articulate
- Thorough, with attention to detail
- Work well with others
· Proficient in excel
· Basic IT Skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
