Administrator
- Answering the phone and making phone calls to suppliers/customers
- Managing Admin email inbox and direct/deal with client enquiries as directed
- Raise client quotes
- Assist with client bookings and diary management
- Assist with the DBS checks and other office duties (order engineer's uniforms when required etc)
- Accept and check deliveries
- Place Orders for parts/equipment’s/ materials as directed by the management
- Keep up to date with the delivery dates for placed orders
- Assist with the organising of office documents
Accounts assistant:
- Generate invoices on the CRM, log them in Sage and email out to clients
- Credit control
- Reconcile Sage customer accounts monthly
- Post daily bank transactions to relevant nominal codes
- Log supplier invoices once approved by management
- Research and resolve supplier invoice discrepancies and issues
- Reconcile Sage supplier invoices monthly
- Preparation of payment runs
- Update operational calendar and reconcile to CRM invoices.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
