Administrator - TFM
- Salary: £20,560.32 per annum
- Location: Inspiration House, Norwich, NR6 6BB
- Hours Per Week: 40, Monday - Friday, 08:00-16:30
Norse Group currently have an opportunity for an Administrator to join the Facilities Management team based at Inspiration House, Norwich on a full-time, permanent basis.
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide a range of administrative services and support the business to ensure a smooth running of the office and admin services provided. You will build and maintain professional relationships liaising with clients, suppliers and employees to deliver exemplary customer service. On a day to day basis you will answer calls, emails and queries, prepare monthly reports, process orders and invoices and develop office systems to improve efficiency.
Our Successful Candidate:
- Administration experience at a similar role with knowledge of administrative procedures and office systems
- Excellent IT skills with knowledge of MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Ability to work on their own initiative and part of a wider team
