Job description
MCP are looking for an experienced administrator, to assist in the day to day planning, client liaison and report production for one of our prestigious clients within our busy asbestos surveying department.
Key responsibilities are:
- Client portfolio management of a key account
- Answer inbound client/tenant phone calls
- Booking in surveys via email, phone call, letter & text
- General office duties
- Provide admin assistance to the technical and surveying staff
- Write-up surveying field notes in accordance with in-house procedures on in-house software
- Draw Visio site plans
- Liaise with site personnel
Full in house training will be provided and ideally the candidates will have previous office experience and a polite telephone manner.
