The Role

We are looking for a Part Time Administrator to join the team at our care community. Your daily routine will see you completing general office tasks, photocopying, filing and keeping records. Making and receiving phone calls, being first point of call and dealing with enquiries coming into the home, so a winning telephone manner would be an amazing asset to have. Other daily tasks will include data collection and input, email correspondence so a ideal candidate will be IT literate, with experience and sound knowledge of word and excel. You will be an essential support to the management team in ensuring the home is running smoothly and efficiently.

The Right Person

Ideally, you will have some admin experience, but a strong work ethic with excellent organisations skills, keen eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a strong team is what we are essentially looking for. The right person for us will be IT literate with a sound knowledge of word and excel and have a experience of making and receiving phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
