Are you an experienced Administrator who has worked within real estate or has dealt with rentals in the past? I have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join an established business based in the heart of Lancaster. This role is permanent and offers some fantastic benefits!
Reporting to the office manager, you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with Estate Agents and marketing properties
- Speaking to new tenants, issuing agreements and returning documents
- Ensuring all compliance is in place and valid for all agreements
- Manage and organise contractors regarding emergency work and sort out minor tasks
- Process invoices for contractors
- Complete rent reviews
- Prepare and manage tenancy agreements
- Management of all digital and paper filing system
- First point of contact for tenants and incoming calls to the business
Your profile:
- Highly organised administrator with a background in the property sector
- Excellent communication skills, able to convers with people at all levels
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Flexible, enthusiastic and keen to learn
- Happy to work in a smaller team, building good working relationships
In return:
