PAY £28,000 per annum.
HOURS 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
BENEFITS include 10% pension, life insurance, share ownership and performance related profit share.
LOCATION We operate a hybrid work model combining remote working with access to office space in London, EC1N 2ST.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an administrator you will provide effective support within the business to ensure that the internal business support services run smoothly. You will report to the Finance & Operations manager. Your responsibilities will include:
- General admin support to the Finance & Operations manager and the members of the management team.
- Back-office administration support.
- Team travel bookings including accommodation.
- Management of the client and project database.
- Support to HR (for example administrative aspects of employee onboarding).
- Support to Finance (for example monthly credit card reconciliation).
- Support to production of internal reports (for example monthly balanced score card).
- Management and tracking of incoming enquiries.
- Maintenance of equipment inventory (laptops, phones, home working equipment).
- Maintenance of company online filing system.
- Taking care of your own learning and personal development.
- Taking active interest in learning about internal business operations.
- Understanding and living Baxendale values.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
As an ideal candidate:
- You can demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
- You can demonstrate ability to pay excellent attention to detail.
- You can demonstrate ability to manage own time and complete tasks to deadlines.
- You have effective communications skills.
- You have basic experience of MS Office applications (email, Word, Excel).
- You can demonstrate commitment to personal and professional development.
- You have previous administration experience of at least two years in a similar role.
