SALARY: £20,000
Due to expansion we are assisting our client based on the outskirts of Birmingham ( B44 ) area to recruit a Administrator on a permanent basis
This role will be fully office based
Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm with a 60 minute lunch
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide administrative support.
- Use the full Microsoft Office 365 Business Premium cloud suite and Microsoft Team Sites.
- Produce reports and keep spreadsheets up to date.
- Input data on to computerised system.
- Support various departments as necessary.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and deal with queries.
- Ensure customer records are kept up to date.
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service.

- Previous experience in administration
- A methodical approach to work.
- Confident personality.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Problem solving ability.
- An ability to work using own initiative.
- A keen eye for detail.
