Our eco-oriented company specializes in providing energy-saving solutions, including changing boilers, installing wall and loft insulation, and upgrading radiators. Our company is looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Telesales Associate.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administration duties
- Make outbound calls to warm leads to pre-qualify them on customer household information
- Make lead bookings and handle other administrative tasks
- Provide excellent customer service by answering customer queries and scheduling installation dates
Requirements:
- Fluent in English language
- At least one year of experience in administrative or customer service roles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £12.00 per hour
