Job description

Our eco-oriented company specializes in providing energy-saving solutions, including changing boilers, installing wall and loft insulation, and upgrading radiators. Our company is looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Telesales Associate.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administration duties
  • Make outbound calls to warm leads to pre-qualify them on customer household information
  • Make lead bookings and handle other administrative tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering customer queries and scheduling installation dates

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English language
  • At least one year of experience in administrative or customer service roles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £12.00 per hour
