A truly lovely, varied Office Administrator role offering free parking, 25 days holidays, hybrid working, and hours of work are 9-5pm.
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
- Answering calls and dealing with customer queries
- Creating job files, setting up spreadsheets, producing reports and documents
- Managing the workload and diaries of engineers and booking in jobs
- Maintaining the H & S manual and procedures
- Assisting with marketing
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies and stationery
- HR Administration including pension auto enrolment
ABOUT YOU
- Min of 5 years previous office admin experience
- IT savvy including, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Friendly, with an easy going personality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
