Job description
Your role is to help support the development of each learner and empower them through all aspects of their journey. Via provision of continual assessment under the guidance of the trainers and feedback, you will endeavour to enhance and improve skills, knowledge, and practice, to enable our learners to achieve, meet gateway requirements and successfully prepare for End Point Assessment (EPA).
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Contribute where required for the growth of the sector.
- Engage and build a strong relationship with the learner and employers.
- Take responsibility to monitor and support learners through their apprenticeships from enrolment and to completion by carrying out a range of assessment methods (training will be inhouse).
- Give additional stretched support to the learners and provide an opportunity for the practice to be enhanced towards their End Point Assessments.
- Stay up to date with industry practices and work closely with the team from both delivery and compliance.
- Support the development of learners through effective communication carrying out a range of assessment methods.
- Work closely with sector IQAs to promote quality improvements and support EPA processes.
- Manage, monitor, and administrate your e-Learning systems BUD, ensuring an accurate audit trail with each learner, capturing contact and progression, and support peers to deliver best administrative practice.
- Provide auditable evidence and quality provisions across additional learning support.
- Working collaboratively with peers to share best practice.
- Support learners with quality resources and additional guidance towards their mock End Point Assessment.
- Engage in Team Around the Learner (TAL) and participate in team meetings with trainers working alongside additional support.
- Attend standardisation sessions.
- Stay up to date with Awarding Organisation and EPAO requirements, documentation, and practice.
- Be flexible as required by the needs of the business.

Essential Requirements:
- Hold GSCEs A*-C grace or equivalent (e.g. Level 2 English and Maths Functional Skills)
- Business Administration qualification / experience
- Hold a minimum Level 3 in Childcare qualification
- Must hold a full clean driving license and willing to travel nationally when required.

Salary: £22,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
