At Connells, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Administrator to support our fantastic New Homes team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and expanding team working on some exciting new homes developments.

Key responsibilities of a Sales & Marketing Administrator

  • Provide an efficient administrative service to the New Homes Department
  • Fulfilling marketing requirements as required including liaising with Connells Marketing team and external agencies
  • Using Connells database to create and update property listings and manage the administrative function of the sales process
  • Create and distribute internal weekly and monthly reporting documents
  • Comply with company’s standard procedures and all statutory legislative and regulations affecting the estate agency industry
  • Build relationships with staff at branch level together with our suppliers and marketing agencies

Skills and experience required to be a successful Sales & Marketing Administrator

  • Experience as an Administrator or similar role
  • Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented
  • Organised and able to prioritise workload in a faced paced environment
  • Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
