Job description

Purpose of the Role

To support company operations by providing administrative support to General Manager and Operations Manager. Maintaining office systems and aiding the wider company including accounts and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • To liaise with customers, engineers and end users for the maintenance and installation of CCTV Towers – help desk support services.
  • To support the administration services to the engineers and customers.
  • To maintain single central records and process documents to ensure intercompany charging.
  • Manage and maintain a process and document control.
  • The provision of Risk Assessments for installation and site access as required by the customers, and any other site requirements for engineers on a customer’s site.
  • Maintenance of the certification and authorisations needed for the service and maintenance team on customer’s site.
  • Update and maintain the company legal register of documents in use.
  • Update and maintain process documents.
  • Manage and maintain the introduction of ISO with the assistance of the Health & Safety Manager.
  • Periodic testing of the electrical goods within the building PAT Testing for Warrington.
  • Maintain training records for team members.
  • Support engineering teams, when appropriate or requested.
  • Advise and propose suggestions for company improvement.
  • Be a major contributor to the operation of the company.

  • Good written & verbal communication skills
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Hands on with a willingness to assist with any requirement of the company for any department should it be required.
  • Capable of maintaining relevant paperwork and checking site requirement needs through the service teams.
  • Willing and capable of learning new skills.
  • Capable of working on their own initiative and seeking support if necessary.
  • Positive customer relations to ensure business relationships are maintained and developed.

Qualifications and Training

  • Computer literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Personal Qualities

  • Positive & amenable attitude – willing and capable of dealing with issues and queries in a positive, clear and transparent manner.
  • Confident & competent person capable of interacting with the engineering teams – must be capable of providing the required support.
  • Must have good attention to detail.
  • Punctual and reliable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
