Job description

We're seeking an entusiastic administrator, with social media skills, who is quick to learn with strong communication skills and a friendly attitude. (training also given)

Contract: Part Time, 20-24 hours over 4 or 5 days, TBA £16-18 / hour dependent on experience. Self-employed with right to work in the UK

Location: Aberdeen City office (laptop & software provided, free parking)

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with sales & marketing efforts including management of social media accounts
  • Management of various electronic systems including access and security of confidential information
  • Exporting documents for consultants and clients
  • Accurate filing of documents in client SharePoint sites
  • Development of SharePoint sites and automation
  • Development of Thinkific training platform
  • Assisting with production of quotes and invoices using Xero
  • Credit control
  • Enabling clients to book jobs into our Ticket system
  • Coordination of consultants and client work
  • General administrative and technical support
  • CLP Ltd is associated with the boards of several charitable and non-profit organizations which may require assistance from time to time

MUST HAVES

  • Microsoft Office proficiency – Word & Excel as a minimum
  • Excellent English / communication skills
  • Demonstrable social media experience
  • High level of numeracy
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Confidence in dealing with people – our personnel, clients & partner organizations
  • Self-starter with ability to juggle tasks in a fast-paced organization
  • Willingness to learn new skills

GOOD TO HAVE

Experience with:

  • Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint
  • Thinkific
  • Video / audio editing of short clips
  • Sales & marketing
  • CRM packages
  • Accounts packages such as Xero
  • Any technical discipline
  • Relevant experience in one of training / consultancy / science / chemicals / technical discipline
  • Driving licence

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

Salary: £16.00 per hour
