Job Title: Administrator
Location: Aberdeen
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 24k Per Year
Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our clients team in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls and emails
Managing the office calendar and scheduling appointments
Preparing and processing documents, such as invoices, reports, and memos
Maintaining and updating records, databases, and filing systems
Organising and coordinating meetings and events
Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
Providing general support to the team as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
Attention to detail and accuracy
