Our Operations Team requires an additional administrator to work within our Life and Pension division on an initial 6 months fixed-term basis. The role will include investigating cases in line with procedures, issuing letters, data entry, handling telephone calls and other administrative duties. You will be working on in house systems and excel spreadsheets. Full training is provided.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to train on the job, or possibly work towards senior or more complex roles within the department.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in an Administration role, ideally in financial services
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Able to organise own workload, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines
- Proficient with IT systems, including Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently on own initiative
- Data Protection Awareness
