Pensions Administrator up to £13.30
Do you have experience inputting data and a strong administrative background? Our client is looking for people with strong admin experience and previously handled and inputted data. This is a FTC. If you have strong attention to detail and are looking for a new exciting challenge, then we want to hear from you!
We have an amazing opportunity available for someone with an extensive administrative background and knowledge in inputting and handling data. This opportunity is to work full-time in the Horsham area, with full training provided. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, able to think on their feet and be able to navigate and pick up processes quickly.
This is a hybrid role where only a minimum of 1 day is required on site however it's up to you if you would like to be in more frequently.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handling and dealing with confidential client information
- You will be handling a variety of data, inputting this and solving cases daily
- Logging information, creating and completing paperwork shared with clients
- Inputting and handling information into the system, and closing cases
- Working through a high volume of outstanding cases and resolving the cases needed
Experience & Skills Required
- Excellent attention to detail
- Fast learner who can pick up processes quickly
- Efficient in using technology and IT equipment, able to use Microsoft Office packages such as Word and Excel
- Ability to work under own initiative and working under pressure
- Be able to handle confidential information
