Consensus Economics data is seen as the macroeconomic forecast benchmark by planning and investment managers, and government and public sector institutions.

Job Details:

We are looking to add to our busy business support function by hiring an experienced Administrator to join the existing team. This is a good opportunity for someone who has already worked in a variety of administrative roles and is seeking a career in Office Management.

Your daily duties will be varied and could include:

· Act as a primary channel for incoming client communications by telephone and email

· Provide executive support for the Chief Executive

· Regular interaction with senior management and customers

· Managing suppliers on a regular basis

· Supporting internal staff with ad hoc projects, which could include marketing promotions.

· Managing product subscriptions

· General Book keeping.

There is a lot of scope to make this role your own. We are based in London’s West End (near Oxford Street), and you will be expected to be in the office Monday- Friday.

Anticipated start date: April-May 2023

Are you the right person for the role:

· A degree is not essential. However, you must be diligent, well organised, and able to demonstrate an ability to work with management and take leadership of tasks.

· Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in administration, accounts, or other business support functions.

· You should be happy to work in a busy office environment, sharing a large room with two other colleagues.

· Good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.

· Be prepared to learn new software packages. We use Xero for our Accounts.

· Excellent written communication and customer service skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
